Claudio Matos

Claudio was a wonderful man who will be greatly missed by his family and loved ones. Most of all by Andrea, his beloved wife of almost 56 years. Her unwavering love and devotion carried him until his last breath. Claudio will also be greatly missed by his three children (Claudio Jr, Judy, and Daisy) their spouses (Donna, John, and Kim) as well as his 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Claudio also leaves behind 4 siblings, numerous nieces, nephews, and loved ones.

Claudio was born on July 30, 1939 in Camuy, Puerto Rico. He and his wife made a home in Brooklyn, New York; where he worked for the City of New York until he retired. Claudios passion was fishing, which he did every chance he had. In his spare time, he watched Baseball, especially his beloved Mets. Claudio also enjoyed gardening, grilling in his back yard, and spending time with his family. His wisdom, honesty, wit, and sense of humor made him loved by all.

Claudio began his rest on April 17. He will be deeply missed by his family and loved ones. Our precious memories will carry us until we meet again.
