Gina Pollio (nee DeFilippo), 56, of Lyndhurst, New Jersey, passed away on Wednesday, June 9, 2021. Beloved wife of Robert Pollio. Loving mother of Jenna Pollio & her fiance Andrew Brenneman and Kyle Pollio. Dear sister of Bridgit & her husband Salvatore DeVenio and Marc & his wife Dagmara DeFilippo. Also survived by her brothers-in-law Joseph & his wife Irene Pollio, Michael & his wife Florence Pollio, sister-in-law, Jodi Pollio, father-in-law & mother-in-law Joseph & Paula Pollio and many nieces and nephews. Mrs. Pollio was a Special Education Teacher and Collaborative Learning Consultant at Ferris High School in Jersey City. Funeral Saturday 9AM from the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 425 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst. Funeral Mass 10AM Sacred Heart R.C. Church. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. Friends will be received Friday 4-8PM.
