Giovanni Trotta, 70, of Lyndhurst, NJ, passed away at his home on July 18, 2020. Beloved father of Antonella and Felice “Philip” Trotta. Dear brother of Giovanna Trotta. Loving cousin of Pasquale Caporrino. Giovanni was born in Sassano, Italy and came to America in 1971. He worked for Union Dry Dock in Hoboken for many years. He was also a member of the Monte San Giacomo Club in Hoboken. Friends will be received at Ippolito Stellato Funeral Home, 425 Ridge Rd. Lyndhurst, NJ, on Monday July 20th from 830AM-1030AM. Funeral Mass 11AM, Monday, at Sacred Heart Church, Lyndhurst, NJ. Entombment to follow at Holy Cross Mausoleum, North Arlington.
