Agnes Pfrimmer

Agnes Pfrimmer passed away peacefully in her home on December 30, 2014. She was born in Lyndhurst, NJ on August 1, 1921, to Nicola & Rosa DeGregorio. Her older brother, Ralph "Ray" DeGregorio, preceded her in death. Agnes enjoyed a wonderful career as a professional secretary, retiring at the age of 70 from Sun Chemical Corporation. She met the love of her life, Fred Pfrimmer, who she married in 1944. He preceded her in death but she is survived by their son, Wayne Pfrimmer of Pennsylvania, 5 grandchildren (Adriene, Brian, Eric, Brad & Adam) and one great-granddaughter, Anneliese. After moving to Venice, FL from Lyndhurst, NJ in 1993, Agnes met many special friends and continued to fill her life with joy and beauty - she painted portraits, studied Italian, enjoyed learning about computers and watched countless sunsets on the Gulf. She was a devout Catholic and her faith was inspiring. As a beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother, she will be greatly missed. Funeral service Monday, 11:00 AM at the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 425 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst. Private interment. Friends will be received Monday 10:00-11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations may be made to St. Vincent de Paul Society, 350 Tampa Avenue W, Venice FL 34285.
