Tamagnini, Albert, 83, of Lyndhurst, NJ, on Tuesday, October 4, 2011. Beloved husband of Dolores (nee McNamara)Tamagnini. Devoted son of the late Joseph & Claudina (nee Giaccio) Tamagnini. Loving father of Denise Tamagnini and her fiance James Abate. Cherished grandfather of Alyssa & Petrina DeMent. Dear brother of the late Leonard, Anthony, Joseph, John and Gloria Tamagnini. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Mr. Tamagnini worked for Westinghouse Elevators in Jersey City for 16 years before retiring in 1973. He was a World War II Navy Veteran. He was a member of the East End Democratic Club and a past president, Polish American Citizens Club in Lyndhurst, Barringer-Walker-LoPinto Post 139, Tin Can Sailors and Lyndhurst Democratic County Committee 4th District for 16 years. Funeral Friday at 9AM from the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 425 Ridge Rd., Lyndhurst. Funeral Mass 10AM St. Michael's R.C. Church. Entombment Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum. Friends will be received Thursday 2-4 & 6-9 PM.
