Altagracia Polanco Vidal

Altagracia H. Polanco-Vidal, MD, of Montclair, NJ and formerly from Englewood Cliffs passed away on October 21st, 2014. She was born in Salcedo, Dominican Republic in December 1923. Dr. Polanco graduated from the University of Autonoma of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. She trained as an anesthesiologist at University Hospital, Bellevue Medical Center in New York City. Dr. Polanco was a Board Certified Anesthesiologist; she practiced at St. Lukes Hospital in New York City for more than 25 years. She is survived by her son, Carlos Vidal and his wife Sarah Perham-Vidal and granddaughter Ava Gwen Vidal. She is also survived by her sisters, Ana DaSilva and Mary Polanco, and brother Aquiles Polanco. Funeral Mass will be held at 10 am on Tuesday, October 28th at Holy Trinity RC Church in Fort Lee, NJ. Interment at Hackensack Cemetery. Arrangements under the directions of Hunt Stellato Funeral Home 1601 Palisade Avenue Fort Lee, NJ.
