Angeliki Georgakopoulos

Georgakopoulos, Angeliki (nee Bekatoros), 90, of Fort Lee, NJ passed away on Saturday, March 4, 2017. Angeliki was born on the island of Cephalonia in Greece. She immigrated to the United States with her beloved husband Dimitrios and her two daughters and lived in the Washington Heights neighborhood of New York. Following her retirement from the garment industry, Angeliki moved to Fort Lee. She is survived by her loving daughters Dionysia Floratos & her husband Alex Floratos of Fort Lee and Panagiota & her husband Gerasimos Angelatos of Belleville ON Canada. Cherished grandmother of Angela, Nicole, Angela, Gina & Spiro. Adored great-grandmother of Patrina & Nicky. Funeral Thursday at 9 AM from the Hunt Stellato Funeral Home, 1601 Palisade Avenue, Fort Lee, NJ. Funeral Service 10AM St. John the Theologian Greek Orthodox Cathederal in Tenafly, NJ. Interment Brookside Cemetery. Friends will be received Wednesday 6-9PM.
