Angelina Calabria, 96, a loving and gentle mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, on Saturday, February 15, 2020. Born in Newark to the late Gaetano & Jennie Rosamilia (Petrillo), Angelina lived most of her life in Newark prior to moving to Blairstown and Fairfield. The beloved wife of the late Pasquale Calabria, Mrs. Calabria is survived by her loving daughter, Patricia Santarsiero, of Fairfield, and her son, Ronald Calabria, of California, together with grandchildren and great-grandchildren, especially her adored grandchildren, Daniel M. Santarsiero, and Melissa Bowlin (John), and cherished great-grandson, Daniel Patrick Bowlin, who were by her side throughout her final journey, together with her furry pet, Piper, who never left her side. Along with her parents and her husband, Angelina was predeceased by a brother, Alphonse Rosamilia, a sister, Geraldine Rosamilia, and son-in-law, Daniel A. Santarsiero. Angelina's life was devoted to her family, always putting others above herself. She believed there was good in everyone and her warmth, kindness, and infectious smile will be missed by all who knew and loved her. What a beautiful legacy and wonderful memories she has left us. Services are private and under the arrangement of the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 7 Two Bridges Road, Fairfield.
