Anthony DeFrino, age 90, died December 2, 2003 at St. Joseph's Wayne Hospice Center. Born in New York City, NY, Mr. DeFrino lived his entire life in Lyndhurst. He was an electrician with IBEW #164 of Paramus for 30 years, retiring in 1975. He was also a member of the Columbus Club of Lyndhurst. Mr. DeFrino is survived by his wife Agnes (nee Adamo) of Lyndhurst, and a daughter and son-in-law Jacqueline and Dennis Lynch of Oakland. He was pre-deceased by a daughter Elaine Ruane in 2002 and a son Joseph DeFrino in 1962. Also surviving are two sisters, Lillian Milici and Anne Lembo. He is the cherished grandfather of Katie Lynch, Michael Lynch, and Cindi Jessen. Donations may be made to the Tri-Hospital Hospice of Passaic, NJ. The funeral will be held on Saturday at 8am from the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home 425 Ridge Rd. Lyndhurst with a 9am Mass from Sacred Heart RC Church. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery. Friends will be received on Friday 3-5 and 7-9pm.
