Anthony J. Luminiello, 86, lifelong resident of Kearny, NJ on Tuesday, May 31, 2011. Beloved husband of the late Maria Varlese Luminiello. Dear Brother of Dorothea Gloria Zita. Loving uncle of Beverly Graczyk-Tapirdea, Susan Lynn Eckert, Jennifer Ann Voorhees, George Richard Zita and Robert Anthony Zita. Also survived by many grandnieces & nephews and 1 great-grandnephew. Mr. Luminiello was a World War II Navy veteran. He was past commander of the American Legion and a member of the Eagles and VFW, all of Kearny, and a member of the Knights of Columbus in Clifton. Funeral Saturday 9 AM from the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 425 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst. Funeral Mass 10 AM Sacred Heart R.C. Church. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.
