Anthony James Sydor

Anthony James Sydor, 83, of Lyndhurst, passed away peacefully on August 5, 2015. The youngest of 11 children of John & Bessie Sydor, he grew up in a family characterized by a love of polka music and dancing. He worked faithfully for 45 years for Metro Glass and its successors, including Ball Foster Glass, retiring in 1997. Jim is survived by his loving wife of almost 60 years, Frances McSpiritt Sydor, sisters-in-law Lillian McSpiritt Van Note, Rose Sydor, and several nieces & nephews. His parents, brothers and sisters predeceased him. Funeral Saturday 9AM from the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 425 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst. Funeral Mass 10AM Sacred Heart R.C. Church. Entombment Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum. Friends will be received Friday 4-8PM.
