Dellapi, Sr., August Carl, of Fairfield, NJ on July 7, 2006. Beloved husband of 49 years of Marion Dellapi (nee Florio). Devoted father and father-in-law of Joseph and Giulia, August C. Jr. and Julie, Maria and David Pepe, Donna and Steve Shore, Sr. Dear brother of Monty and Helen Dellapi. Nephew of Flora Conte. Cherished grandfather of Ashley, Joseph Jr., August III and Dana Dellapi, David Jr., Nicole, and Victoria Pepe, Jennifer and Steven Shore, Jr. Mr. Dellapi served in the U.S. Navy and is a Korean War Veteran. He recieved the National Defense Service Medal; Navy Occupation Service Medal; and Good Conduct Medal. He was employed with Lincoln Mold, Roselle, NJ as an Injection Mold Designer, he retired in 1996. Funeral Monday 9AM from the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 7 Two Bridges Rd., Fairfield. Funeral Mass 10AM at St. Thomas More R.C. Church. Entombment in Gate of Heaven Garden Mausoleum. Friends will be recieved Sunday 2-6PM.
