Barbara M. Comparetto

Barbara M. Comparetto, 97, of Lyndhurst, New Jersey, formerly of Jersey City, passed away on Monday, August 16, 2021. Loving sister of Veronica Tracy and the late Charles Comparetto and Frances Benny. Dear aunt of Patricia Norcia, Karen Marie Smith, Pamela Pavlisko, Louis Mangerpan and Salvatore Mangerpan. Also survived by many great-nieces and great-nephews. Miss Comparetto worked for Lightolier Lighting in Jersey City before retiring in 1975. She was active in the Lyndhurst Women Club and served as Treasurer, and was a member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Choir until her move to Toms River. Friends will be received Thursday 9-10:30 AM at the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 425 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst. Funeral Mass 11AM Our Lady of Mt. Carmel R.C. Church. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.
