Barbara Mary Banacki

On Saturday, February 13, 2021, Barbara Banacki passed away at the age of 62. Barbara was born on October 11, 1958 in Bayonne, NJ to Edward Sr. and Anna (nee Papson) Banacki.

Barbara was a strong and optimistic woman who touched the heart of everyone who had the opportunity to know her. Her pure joy would light up a room whenever she was surrounded by family and friends. Her passions included dancing, bowling, coloring and costume jewelry. Barbara lived a full and happy life with the help of many wonderful caregivers.

Barbara was preceded in death by her parents Edward Sr. and Anna, and her brother, Edward Jr.. She is survived by her brothers Gregory Sr.(Maryann), and James(Dorothy). She is also survived by her nieces and nephew: Carrieann Banacki-Gillert, Gregory Jr. Banacki, Jamie Sypher, Amy Wilson, Jennifer Banacki, Jodie Markey, Melissa Lees, and thirteen great nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held at Caiola-Stellato Funeral Home, 691 Ave. C Bayonne, on Thursday, February 18, 2021 from 10:00am until 12:00 noon. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington.
