Con agradecimiento al Señor, por todo el tiempo que nos regaló nuestra madre, Brígida Díaz de Payano, les anunciamos que el Jueves, 5 de Septiembre, ella partió en paz a la casa del Padre. Nacida el 5 de Octubre de 1923, Brígida fue testigo de un siglo de cambios notables, abrazando cada capítulo de su vida con fuerza, fe, sabiduría, y sobre todo amando a Dios sobre todas las cosas. Brígida, una querida esposa, madre, hermana, abuela, bisabuela, y amiga, fue conocida por su generosidad y dedicación inquebrantable a su familia y hacía los demás. Encontró alegría en los placeres simples de la vida, desde instruir a los niños del vecindario en la palabra de Dios hasta compartir historias de una vida de ricas experiencias. Brigida seguirá siendo una fuente de inspiración para todos los que la conocimos y tuvimos la oportunidad de compartir con ella.

 A Brígida le sobreviven sus 7 hijos, Nercida, Teresa, Ismael, Juan, Elba, Delsa y Héctor, junto con sus esposos (as) y sus 31 nietos, 55 bisnietos, innumerables ahijados y familiares que llevarán adelante su legado. Será recordada por su gran espíritu de fortaleza. Acompáñanos a despedirla con alegría y celebrar su legado el 12 de septiembre del 2024 a las 10:00 AM en St. Anthony of Padua, 615 8th St Union City, Nueva Jersey.

Que el Señor la acoja en su Reino y que los Ángeles la reciban entre cánticos de júbilo, junto a nuestra madre santísima, la Virgen María.

Vivirá por siempre en nuestros corazones.

With gratitude to the Lord, for all the time He gave to our mother, Brígida Díaz de Payano, we announce that on Thursday, September 5, she departed in peace to our Father's home. Born on October 5, 1923, Brigida witnessed a century of remarkable changes, embracing each chapter of her life with strength, faith, wisdom, and loving God above all things.

A beloved wife, mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend, Brigida was known for her generosity and unwavering dedication to her family and others. She found joy in life's simple pleasures, from instructing neighborhood children in the word of God to sharing stories from a lifetime of rich experiences. Brigida was and will be a source of inspiration for all those who knew her and had the opportunity to share with her.

Brígida is survived by her 7 children, Nercida, Teresa, Ismael, Juan, Elba, Delsa, and Hector, along with their spouses, her 31 grandchildren, 55 great-grandchildren, countless godchildren, and relatives who carry on her legacy. She will be remembered for her great spirit of strength.

Please join us in saying a joyful farewell and celebrating her legacy on September 12, 2024, at 10:00 AM at St. Anthony of Padua, 615 8th St. Union City, New Jersey.

May the Lord take her to His kingdom and the Angels receive her among songs of praise alongside our Holy Mother, the Virgin Mary.

She will always live in our hearts.
