Venturi, Carlo Aldo, 62, of East Hanover, New Jersey, passed away on Tuesday, April 13, 2021. Beloved husband of Elisabetta (nee Pugliese) Venturi. Loving father of Carla Venturi, Cristina & her husband Brian DeStefano, and Gregory Venturi. Cherished grandfather of Emilia. Dear brother of Cristina, Lidia, Angela, Maria, Giovanna, Vincenzina, Franco & Giovanni. He is also survived by his many friends and family here and in Italy that he loved so very much. All services are private and under the direction of Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, Fairfield, NJ. Carlo Aldo Venturi, known as Aldo, was a beloved husband, father, brother, and friend. Aldo came to the United Stated from Italy when he was 16 years old to fulfill the “American Dream”. From his early years in Millburn living with his sister and family, to his days playing soccer for Upsala college, Aldo was always known to be the “the happy italian kid who was truly friends with everyone”. He then married the love of his life, and a devoted mother she is, Elisabetta.
They had three beautiful children, Carla, Cristina and Gregory. He built his empire and left a forever trademark in the restaurant business. Of all his accomplishments and successes, his greatest love was his family and cooking for his friends. He spent his last good months with his beautiful Granddaughter, light of his life, Emilia. Aldo fought a tough battle the last three years with cancer, where his son, Gregory and his wife and children did everything possible to save him. God called for him as it was his time. Now, he'll be cooking for God.
One thing is for sure, Heaven has never had food like this before. Forever in our hearts and never forgotten. - Venturi Family
