Catherine "Kay" Golembiewski (nee Prebinski), 85, of Hamilton, New Jersey, formerly of Lyndhurst passed away on Thursday November 23, 2017. Beloved wife of the late Casimir. Loving mother of Mary Golembiewski and Gail & her husband Gary Ryan. Cherished grandmother of Patrick Ryan & his wife Susan and Kelly Miller & her husband Robert. Dear sister of Frank Prebinski and Anne Faeder. Also survived by many nieces & nephews. Mrs. Golembiewski was a member of the St. Michael's Rosary Society. She was an ardent supporter and fan of daughter Mary's efforts in the Special Olympics on the local, county, and state levels. Over the years she served as a Special Olympics coach. Funeral Wednesday at 9AM from the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 425 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst. Funeral Mass 10AM St. Michael's Church. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.
