Charles A. Gress, 76, of Kearny, New Jersey, passed away on Thursday, September 6, 2018. Loving son of the late Charles Gress and Vera Wright & step father Ellsworth Wright. Beloved father of Richard Gress & his wife Diane and the late Charles Gress. Adored grandfather of Mackenzie Gress. Dear brother of the late Douglas, Michelle, and Richard. Charles Gress was a Vietnam Army Veteran and two time Purple Heart recipient. He was employed at Thomas English Muffins in Wayne, NJ for over 30 years. Funeral private.
