Charles R. Kroncke, 93, of Palisades Park, New Jersey, passed away on Thursday, June 23, 2016. Beloved husband of the late Beatrice Kroncke (nee Todd). Loving father of Barbara Hess & her husband Richard, and William Kroncke. Dear brother of the late John and Herbert Kroncke. Cherished grandfather of Tara Houghton, Amy Eastcroft & her husband John, David Hess & his wife Kelsey, and Laura Hess. Adored great-grandfather of Lillian Hess. Mr. Kroncke was an Investigator for the NJ Alcoholic Beverage Control for over 30 years. After retiring he worked for the Bergen County Records Dept. He was a World War II Army veteran. Funeral service Monday 10AM at the Hunt Stellato Funeral Home, 1601 Palisade Avenue, Fort Lee. Interment Laurel Grove Cemetery. Friends will be received Sunday 2-4 & 7-9PM.
