Funeral service to be held at The Metropolitan Cathedral of St. John The Theologian Church, Tenafly, NJ on Tuesday 11am. Interment to follow at George Washington Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude's Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
