Chester Gerald Tedesco

Tedesco, Chester G., 68 of Fairfield, NJ, passed away on Wednesday
September 19, 2018. A Newark, NJ native, Chester was the son of the
late Vito and Tina (Guerriero) Tedesco. Beloved Husband of Arlene
Tedesco (nee Mleczko); loving father of Marissa (Jeff) Farina, Darrin
(fiance Traci) and Celeste (Joe); Adored grandfather of Adrianna,
Jeffrey and Alyssa; dear brother of Angelo Lee Tedesco, Phyllis Meola
and Denise Busler. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Chester
was a Navy Veteran who served during the Vietnam War and was stationed
aboard the U.S.S. Ranger. Chester was a Power Rail Maintainer for the
Port Authority in Jersey City, NJ before retiring. We will always
remember Chester for his heart of gold and will carry him in our
hearts forever. Funeral Tuesday at 9:30AM from the Ippolito-Stellato
Funeral Home, 7 Two Bridges Rd., Fairfield. Funeral Mass 10:30AM St.
Lucy's Church, Newark. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Friends
