Christopher A. Mejia

Mejia, Christopher Andrew, 23, of Rutherford, NJ on Monday, December 17, 2012. Born in Jersey City N.J.on October 13, 1989, Christopher resided in North Arlington N.J. before moving to Rutherford in 2003. Christopher graduated Rutherford High School in 2008, where he was an integral part of the bulldog's football team for four years. Continuing his passion for football, he attended Monmouth University in West Long Branch, majoring in Business and Marketing and was a brother in Sigma Pi fraternity. He was due to graduate in May. Among his large community of peers, Christopher's optimism and hard work was an inspiration to all he encountered. He will be sorely missed but never forgotten. Beloved son of Andrea Feniello & Ronald B. Mejia. Loving brother of Alexandra, Ronald and Amanda Mejia. Also survived by an extended family of numerous aunts uncles and cousins. Funeral Monday at 9 AM from the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 425 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst. Funeral Mass 10 AM Queen of Peace R.C. Church. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.
