Dennis J. Ring

Dennis J. Ring, 60, of Cresskill, New Jersey, passed away on Sunday, August 19, 2018. Beloved husband of Antoinette Ring (nee Ventura). Devoted son of Mary (nee Mottillo) & the late William J. Ring. Loving father of Nichole G. Ring. Dear brother of William J. Ring & his wife Carol and Kevin J. Ring & his wife Lisa. Also survived by many nieces & nephews. Mr. Ring was a retired Lieutenant with the Edgewater Police Department serving the department for 29 years. After graduation from the Maine Maritime Academy he joined the military sealift command as second officer with the Merchant Marines where he was able to see the world. Funeral Thursday 9AM from the Hunt-Stellato Funeral Home, 1601 Palisade Avenue, Fort Lee. Funeral Mass 10AM Holy Rosary R.C. Church, Edgewater. Interment Madonna Cemetery. Friends will be received Wednesday 2-4 & 7-9PM. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Shriners Hospital for Children, 2900 Rocky Point Drive, Tampa FL 33607 or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis TN 38105.
