Dianna Dumond

Dumond, Dianna, 72, of Edgewater, New Jersey, formerly known as Diane Dumont, fondly referred to as DiDu and Miss Diane, went home to God on Thursday, October 30. Di dearly cherished the Dr. Thomas & Barbara Matarazzo family, especially her favorites, Ida Marie, Dina and Samantha. She leaves behind her sister Alice Everett, brothers Walter & Philip, nieces Deb Blanchard and Allison Bennett and families, nephews Stan, Wayne & Bill Zbierski and families, aunt Germaine Alderich and family, dear friends Terry, Jim, Renee and Rachel Applebaum, Stephanie Moss and many nieces, nephews, cousins, Godchildren and countless friends. Everyone who met Di was forever impacted by her generous heart, encouraging spirit, devotion to her family and limitless love for children. Special thanks to the Grace Hospice team, led by guardian angel Edwin Araujo. Funeral Mass Tuesday 10 AM Our Lady of Grace R.C. Church, Fairview. Friends will be received Monday 4-8 PM at Hunt Stellato Funeral Home, 1601 Palisade Avenue, Fort Lee. In lieu of flowers, donations are being accepted to help fund a plaque in Dianna's memory at her school.
