Edward Schenk

Edward Schenk, 89, of Pine Brook, New Jersey formerly of Lyndhurst passed away on Friday, May 27, 2022. Beloved husband of Klara Katherine (nee Preis) Schenk. Loving father of Edward, Robert & his wife Audrey, James & his wife Deborah, and Michael & his wife Wanda. Cherished grandfather of Robert, Elizabeth, Eric, Darren, Steven, Nicholas, Frederick, Amelia, Christopher, and Benedict. Adored great-grandfather of Marlee and Francesca. Mr. Schenk was a US Army veteran serving during the Korean War. He was an avid sports fan and could often be found rooting on the Giants, Yankee and Rangers. He was an Accountant for PSE&G prior to his retirement to Boca Raton, Florida. He enjoyed trap and target shooting as well as reading books about historical events. Memorial Mass Thursday 10AM at St. Pius X Church, Montville. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery . In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hosptial, 501 St. Jude Place, Memhis, TN 38105.
