Effie Haggar (nee Gorab), 90, of Fort Lee, NJ on Tuesday, November 10, 2009. Beloved wife of the late Philip Haggar. Loving mother of Claudette Degrace, Joanne Brown, Floyd & his wife Laurie Haggar and Allen & his wife Jean Haggar. Cherished grandmother of Deanna & Brian Leschinski, Rachel & Rick DuBois, Adam Haggar, Jason Haggar and Jaime & Dennis Cook. Adored great-grandmother of Cole Leschinski. Mrs. Haggar worked along with her husband at Haggar Brothers Embroidery and was past president of the Syrian American Club in Union City. Prayer service Saturday 10 AM at the Hunt Stellato Funeral Home, 1601 Palisade Avenue, Fort Lee. Interment George Washington Memorial Park. Friends will be received Friday 3-5 & 7-9 PM.
