Eileen Catherine Flynn (nee McSweeney), 80, of Rutherford, NJ on Saturday, April 17, 2010. Beloved wife of the late Thomas Flynn. Loving mother of Michael & his wife Christine Flynn & Maureen & her husband Ken Mc Master. Caring sister of Joan Torrone. Cherished grandmother of Veronica, Kenny, Katie, & Danny. Mrs. Flynn served as a nurse for the Hudson County Visiting Nurses before retiring in 1995. She also worked in several hospitals in the Jersey City area. Mrs. Flynn was a member of the Lyndhurst Women's Club, the Renew Program within the community of God's Love in Rutherford, & she was a eucharistic minister at HUMC. Mrs. Flynn taught CCD at St. Mary's in Rutherford & was a volunteer for the CCD program & parisonher at Sacred Heart in Lyndhurst. Funeral Wednesday at 9AM from the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 425 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst, NJ. Funeral Mass 10AM Sacred Heart R.C. Church. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.
