Polito, Eleanor, (nee Spina) 72, of Nutley, NJ, formerly of Lyndhurst on Saturday, January 10, 2009. Beloved wife of the late Anthony Polito. Loving mother of Diane Polito Costa and Susan Polito. Cherished sister of Margaret T. Lomio, Nicholas Spina and Christine Spina. Dear sister in law of Stephen & Helen Polito. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and grandnieces and grandnephews. Eleanor was in administration for Eastwick Colleges at their Rets Campus in Nutley, retiring in 2006. Funeral Tuesday 9AM from the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 425 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst. Funeral Mass 10AM St. Michael's R.C. Church. Interment Hillside Cemetery. Friends and family will be received Monday 2-4 & 7-9PM.
