Faith Josephine Condi

Baby Faith Josephine Condi, of Newton, New Jersey, passed away in her mother's arms holding onto daddy's hand while surrounded by loved ones on June 16, 2018 after a long fight with congenital heart defects and Spinal Muscular Atrophy. Faith, an 18 month old angel, was born on December 7, 2016 in Manhattan, New York. The battle was long and she fought so strongly always with a smile on her face that would brighten anyone's day. She was happy to be a part of our family and knew she was loved dearly. She is survived by her adoring parents, Walter & Sara, loving big brother Austin and twin sister Cassandra, who were with Faith every step of the way. Faith is also survived by her grandparents Jayson & Rosemarie Abrams, Eric Midgley, great uncle Randolph Condi Sr., aunts and uncles Denise & Joseph Mahan, Jennifer Condi, Kristie & Jorge Sanint, Brooke & Thomas Abson, Erik Midgley, Carrie Midgley, Luke Midgley, Candice Midgley and Cody Midgley, and loved by many cousins. She is predeceased by her loving grandma Lillian Midgley. We will always remember Faith for her beautiful smile she left in our hearts. Funeral Service Saturday 10AM at the Hunt-Stellato Funeral Home, 1601 Palisade Avenue, Fort Lee. Interment George Washington Memorial Park. Friends will be received Friday 3-5 & 7-9PM.
