Frances E. Koch, 93, of Deland, Florida, formerly of Skidaway Island, GA and Melville, NY, passed away on July 21, 2014. Beloved wife of the late Philip Sr. Loving mother of Philip Jr., Stephen and Clifford. Cherished mother-in-law of Janet, Pam and Anne. Devoted grandmother of seven and great-grandmother of one. Dear sister of Mae Stellato, and a dear friend to many. Memorial service Tuesday, August 12, 2014 at 4 PM at St. Michael's R.C. Church, Lyndhurst.
