George Bilis

Bilis, George, of Lyndhurst, NJ formerly of Hoboken on Saturday, September 23, 2006. Beloved husband of the late Frances Bilis. Devoted father of Gregory Bilis, Louis & his wife Joy Bilis, and Georgette & her husband Dennis Kinyo. Loving brother of Joseph Bilis, Julia Turnball, the late Anthony, Gregory, and Nicholas Bilis. Cherished grandfather of Eric, Brent, Scott, and Kelly Bilis, and Tara Kinyo. Mr. Bilis served in both Army & Army AirCore. He was a Machinist for New Jersey Machine, Hoboken, NJ where he was employed from 1947-1984, he retired in 1984. Mr. Bilis was a member of The Polish American Club, AmVets, VFW, American Legion, and the 8th Army AirCore (Mighty "8"). Funeral Service 8:30AM from the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 425 Ridge Rd., Lyndhurst. Funeral Mass 9:30AM at St. Michael's R.C. Church. Entombment in Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum. Friends will be recieved Tuesday, 2-4 & 7-9PM.
