George F. Dzendzel

George F. Dzendzel, 73, of Ridgefield Park, New Jersey, passed away on Wednesday, June 14, 2023. Beloved husband of Bonnie Ann (nee Brunacki) Dzendzel. Loving father of David Dzendzel. Devoted son of the late George & Mary Dzendzel and son-in-law of the late Harold & Anne Brunacki. Dear brother of Marlene & her husband George Steiger and brother-in-law of Kathleen Brunacki-Burnette and Maria Brunacki & her late husband Harold. Cherished uncle of Janine, Jamie, Melissa, Maverick, & Maddox and grandnephews Tadley, Francis and William. Mr. Dzendzel attended Newark College of Engineering and graduated with a Certification in Mechanical Design. He was a 40 year member of the International Union of Engineers, working for Penske, Atlantic Detroit Diesel Alison, and Stewart & Stevenson Atlantic in Lodi. George was happily married to the love of his life for 47 years. To his family & friends George was a "MacGyver". He could fix anything that was broken, from toys to huge generators. Being an admirer of muscle cards, George loved working and racing his LeMans Blue '69 Chevelle Malibu. Other passions included car shows, fishing and shore vacations with his family. To all that knew him, George was a great friend, excellent advisor on a multitude of topics and always compassionate and caring. Funeral Saturday 9AM from the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 7 Two Bridges Road. Funeral Mass 10AM St. Peter the Apostle Church, Parsippany. Cremation East Ridgelawn Crematory. Friends will be received Friday 3-7PM.
