George H. Dollberg

Dollberg, George H., 78, of Fairfield, NJ for 46 years made his transition into his afterlife peacefully, surrounded by his loving family on Friday, January 13, 2017. Beloved husband of Kitty (nee Dewar) Dollberg. Loving father of Robert & his wife Bridget Dollberg, Susan Dollberg, Dave (Dolly) Dollberg and Barbara & her husband Bruce Scardilli. Cherished grandfather of Renata Patrick, Andrew, Kinsey & Bailey Dollberg, Sean, Jake, & Nico Scardilli, great-grandfather of Patrick Cuoco. Mr. Dollberg was a US Air Force Veteran serving as a Crew Chief from June 26, 1956 through June 25, 1960. He worked for Verizon for 45 years. George was always helping his friends and neighbors with anything needed, from pumping out a flooded basement to helping with home repairs. His kindness and generosity will be deeply missed by all. Visitation will be Sunday, January 15 from 5-9PM followed by a funeral service on Monday at 12:30PM at Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 7 Two Bridges Road, Fairfield NJ.
