George Vida, 58, of Bayonne, New Jersey passed away on Monday, July 17, 2023. Beloved husband of Cathy (nee Betz) Vida. Loving son of John & Florence Vida. Adored brother of John, Elizabeth, Mary Lois, and the late Florence, Patti, and Barbara. Dear brother in law to John Rockicki, Joey Packard and John Egan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and friends that loved him and knew him well. He was a painter by trade and always went out of his way to help anyone that ever asked. Funeral Friday at 9:45AM from the Caiola-Stellato Funeral Home, 691 Avenue C, Bayonne. Funeral Mass 10:45AM, St. Henry's R.C. Church. Cremation private. Friends will be received Thursday 4-8PM.
