Georgia A. Balint

Georgia A. Balint (nee Korbelak), 88, a lifelong resident of Bayonne, New Jersey, passed away on Wednesday, October 12, 2016. Beloved wife of William M. Balint. Devoted daughter of the late George & Anna Korbelak. Loving mother of Marguerite Walsh & her husband Edmund, Barbara DaGraca & her partner David Shur, Edith Balint & her fiance James Rooney, Mark Balint, Paul Balint & his wife Katerina, and Allison Trovato & her husband Doug. Loving sister of Sister Mary Dorothy, Kathleen Ascough & her husband Robert, and the late George "Buddy" Korbelak, Jr. Cherished grandmother of Matthew Walsh, Diana Walsh Slisky, Jeffrey DaGraca, Alexa Balint, Cassandra Trovato, Zachary Balint, Danielle Trovato and Michael Trovato. Adored great-grandmother of Emilee Slisky. Mrs. Balint was a member of St. Joseph Church and choir. She enjoyed garage sales, flea markets, the Jersey shore, and was very patriotic. She loved sending greeting cards and never forgot a birthday. Anyone that knew her would describe her as selfless. She will be dearly missed by all of her family and friends. Funeral service Monday 10AM from the Caiola-Stellato Funeral Home, 691 Avenue C, Bayonne. Funeral Mass 11AM St. John Paul II R.C. Church. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington.
