Geraldine Dardanello

Dardanello, Geraldine (nee Dugan), 81, of Fairfield, New Jersey passed away on Saturday, March 4, 2023.
Geraldine (Gerry) was born in Jersey City, NJ to the late Timothy and Margaret Dugan. She was raised in Manhattan before moving to River Edge. After the early loss of her parents, Kitty McQueeney entered her life. This was the start of a lifelong friendship. Soon after, she met and married Carl Dardanello, her loving partner for over 50 years. Together they moved to Fairfield and raised their family. She was a devoted mother and beautiful role model for her four daughters. As her family grew, the more joy she experienced. Eleven grandchildren in seven years continued to fill her life with love. She had an eye for fashion and put this passion to use while working at Christy's Added Touch for 25 years. Gerry was a woman of poise and grace. She had a unique way of making everyone feel special. She will be most remembered for her strong faith, kind heart, positive outlook, and elegant style.
Beloved wife of the late Carlo Dardanello. Loving mother of Annette & her husband David Boyd, Meg & her husband Dean Bruno, Carla & Tom Torter, Marissa & her husband Anthony DeVincenzo. Cherished grandmother of Carissa, Cassandra, Ashley (Peter Ayers), Timothy, Dean, Matthew, Alexandra, Kayla, Jenna (Brennan Thiemann), Joseph & Erica. Funeral Mass Friday 10:30AM at the Notre Dame Church. Entombment Gate of Heaven Mausoleum.
