Gianna Maria Florio

Gianna Maria Florio, 25, of Stirling, New Jersey passed away on Tuesday, August 3, 2021. Beloved daughter of Joanna & her husband Chris Porter and Gary & his wife Denise Florio. Cherished granddaughter of Vivian & her late husband Ernest Florio and Edmund & his late wife Diana Bucciarelli. Dear sister of Gabriella and Gino Florio and stepsister of Nicole and Tommy. Adored aunt of Skylar. Loving partner of Vlad Petrov. She will be remembered by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and best friends. Gianna had a love for all animals but those closest to her heart were her dog Ricky and cats Henry, Tito, & Goose. She was a graduate of Watchung Hills High School Class of 2014 then attended Ace Health Care Institute where she graduated as a Certified Medical Assistant in July of 2019 and went on to work with Dr.Allegar. Gianna was a bright and intelligent artist who was also a passionate reader and an avid fan of Stephen King. Never giving in to her diagnosis, she always remained positive and kept others above herself. She loved harder than anyone and could always put a smile on your face. Gianna left an impact on every life that she came across and will always be remembered in our hearts. Memorial Service Monday 11 AM at the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 7 Two Bridges Road, Fairfield. Friends will be received Sunday, 1 - 7 PM.
