Glenn George Benton

Glenn George Benton, 70, of Lodi, New Jersey, formerly of Dansville, New York and Fairfield, New Jersey passed away peacefully on August 20, 2017. Beloved son of Daphne D. Benton & the late George C. Benton. Dear brother of Cheryl Cannici & husband Raymond. Loving uncle of Ryan and Nicole. He was a graduate of West Essex Regional High School in North Caldwell, New Jersey and then went on to attend college at Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA. He is a veteran of the US Navy where he proudly served our country in the Vietnam War. After the war, he went on to live in Dansville, New York where he worked for Gunlocke Furniture Company as a Senior Management Consultant and Implementation Specialist. He finished his professional career as a Senior Consultant at Parker Management Consultants in Laurel, Maryland. He will be remembered for his kindness, generosity, sense of humor, brilliance, love of beauty and nature as well as animals. A private memorial visitation will be held at the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 7 Two Bridges Road, Fairfield, New Jersey. Cremation was privately held at Cedar Lawn Crematory in Paterson, New Jersey.
