Gloria Elizabeth Dwyer

Dwyer, Gloria Elizabeth (nee Hofmann), of Lincoln Park, NJ, formerly of Southern Pines, NC, on May 18, 2005. Beloved wife of the late Edward J. Dwyer. Loving mother of Carol Marie Smith and her husband Dan, Frances Ann Dwyer, Susan Elizabeth Gray and her husband Jack and the late Timothy Edward Dwyer. Dear sister of Robert Hofmann. Cherished grandmother of Laurel Ann Arturi and her husband Anthony, Edward O'Shea, Kelly, Elizabeth and Jack Gray and great-grandmother of Samantha Valardi. Mrs. Dwyer lived in Bloomfield for 30 years before moving to Southern Pines, NC for 12 years. She had been living in Lincoln Park for one year. She was a keypunch operator for Fidelity Bank in Newark for 20 years before retiring in 1990. Mrs. Dwyer was a life member of the Ladies Auxiliary BPOE #1290 of Nutley. She was previously a member of St. Anthony's RC Church, Southern Pines, NC. Funeral Monday 10AM from the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 7 Two Bridges Road, Fairfield. Funeral Mass 11AM at St. Joseph's RC Church, Lincoln Park. Cremation Private. Friends will be received Saturday and Sunday 2-6PM.
