Helen La Rocca

Helen La Rocca (nee Santelli), 88, of Fairfield, NJ passed away on Thursday, March 6, 2014. Beloved wife of the late John La Rocca. Loving mother of Carol & her husband Cliff Willdeboer, Gale & her husband Mitch Miles, Gary & his wife Ramona La Rocca, and Brian LaRocca. Cherished grandmother of Ryan Miles, and Lauren & Kathryn Willdeboer. Devoted sister of Agnes, Rita, Lillian and the late Robert. She also leaves behind many loving nieces, nephews and cousins. Helen loved her family and enjoyed life to the fullest. She loved living in Fairfield, NJ for 47 years and referred to herself as a "Jersey Girl". She was a devoted member of St. Thomas More Catholic Church and served on the Rosary Altar Society and 55 Club, assisting with hospitality and fundraising events. Helen enjoyed bowling in the Ladies Bowling League for many years and loved accompanying her friends on bus trips to Atlantic City. Her kind heart and warm smile will be deeply missed by her family and friends. Funeral Saturday at 9AM from the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 7 Two Bridges Road, Fairfield. Funeral Mass 10AM St. Thomas More R.C. Church. Entombment Gate of Heaven Chapel Mausoleum. Friends will be received Friday 3-5 & 7-9PM.
