Hildegard Kalaskey

Kalaskey, Hildegard, of Newton, New Jersey, formerly of Lyndhurst, New Jersey, passed away on July 2, 2015 due to injuries sustained in a car accident. At 87, a ball of fire cannot describe her because that description is too small. Born in Germany and going through the war she had endured many hardships but prevailed and was respected and loved by all who knew her. She is predeceased by her husband, Theodore, and son, Dean. She leaves behind her son and daughter-in-law Cris and Michelle as well as grandchildren Brandon, Justin & wife Michelle. Funeral services to be held on Tuesday, July 7, 2015 at the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 425 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to 55 Kip Center, 55 Kip Avenue, Rutherford NJ 07070.
