Ida Tichenor

Tichenor, Ida, of Fairfield, NJ died Wednesday February 13, 2008, at St. Clare's Hospital/Denville following a brief illness. She was 90. She was born in Passaic and lived in Clifton before moving to Fairfield 50 years ago. She was a secretary for many years at DeLuxe Check Printers in West Cladwell, having retired in 1992. Previously, she worked as a secretary at Curtiess Wright Corp. in Fairfield. She was predeceased by her former husband, Edwin L. Tichenor.She is survived by her sons, Kenneth of Pine Brook and Edwin of Delray Beach, Fla.; a niece, Marilyn Evans, whom she raised and a sister Johanna Kuda. The funeral will be on Saturday, February 16, at 10AM at the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 7 Two Bridges Rd., Fairfield. Interment is in Restland Memorial Park in East Hanover.
