Captain Jack Mazzuoccolo, 86, of Nutley, New Jersey passed away on Monday, November 13, 2023. Beloved husband of the late Joanne (nee Henley) Mazzuoccolo. Loving sister of Joanna Bartolomei and the late Frances Royal. Cherished uncle of Guy & his wife Denise Bartolomei of North Carolina, John & his wife Barbara Bartolomei of Brick,NJ, ToniAnn & her husband Bob Scala of Nutley, NJ and James Bartolomei of Secaucus, NJ. Adored great-uncle of 15 and great-great uncle of 16. Dear cousin of Thomas and Sue Mazzuoccolo of Brick, NJ. Captain Jack was a proud member of the United States AirForce serving during the Vietnam War. He was also the Founder of the UNICO Sparta Chapter. Captain Jack had a zest for life and huge heart for dogs. Donations in his honor may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project to support our Vets or the ASPCA to give an animal a loving home.
