Jacqueline Mary Pravata (nee Stone), 78, of Fairfield, NJ formerly of the silver lake section of Belleville on Wednesday, February 6, 2013. Beloved wife of the late Ignazio "John" Pravata. Loving mother of John Pravata, Donna & her husband Vincent Nuzzo, Debra Pravata, Diana & her husband Pete Franzi, George & his wife Lisa Pravata. Cherished grandmother of JD, Frankie, Ben, Anthony, Carissa, Marguerite, Jaclyn, Casey, Victoria, Melissa, Valerie, Jamie, & Julianna. Adored great-grandmother of Baby Anthony. Dear sister of Jean & the late Lenny Danielle, Annie Derbin, and the late George Stone, Dorothy Galante and Katherine Clooney. Dear friend and sister-in-law of Gerry Pravata and Nancy Stone. Mrs. Pravata was a member of the Belleville PTA and the hospitality group at St. Thomas More Church, Fairfield. She was a proud grandmother, who never missed any of her 13 grandkids sporting events no matter what the location. She was honored as "sports grandma of the year" at West Essex. You could always hear her from the stands saying, "You know what you have to do." She will be missed by all those who loved and knew her. Funeral Friday at 9AM from the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 7 Two Bridges Road, Fairfield, NJ. Funeral Mass Friday 10AM St. Thomas More R.C. Church. Interment Glendale Cemetery.
