O'Neill, James T., 91, of Lyndhurst, New Jersey, passed away on Thursday, October 24, 2019. Beloved husband of Joan O'Neill. Loving father of Andrew & his wife Lena O'Neill, Eileen & her husband Steven Florio, and Joann O'Neill & her partner Al Grippaldi. Dear brother of Mary Brennan, Margie St. John, Joan Kenny, and Thomas O'Neill. Cherished grandfather of Jennifer & her husband Brian Chun, Danielle & her husband John Valentin, James O'Neill & Cristina Lombardi, and Meghan & her husband Michael Reilly. Adored great-grandfather of Liam O'Neill and Josephine O'Neill. Mr. O'Neill was a Stage Hand for NY Local 1 and Local 366 before retiring from The Metropolitan Opera House. He was a member of the Lyndhurst Knights of Columbus, and served as a Crossing Guard in Lyndhurst for 10 years. Funeral Monday 9:30 AM from the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 425 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst. Funeral Mass 10:30 AM Sacred Heart R.C. Church. Entombment Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum.
