James V. Russo

James V. Russo, 85 of Toms River, Formerly of Fort Lee died on March 13, 2009. Beloved husband of Mildred (nee Storck) Russo. Loving father of Sharon Galayda and her husband John and Lynn Weinert and her husband Bruce. Dear brother of Mary Cirello, the late Frank, Dominick, Chris & Theresa Russo. Cherished grandfather of Jeanette and Carolyn Galayda, Mark and Leigh Weinert. Mr. Russo served as a Sgt. in the US Army during WW II and was a longtime member of the VFW Post #2342 Fort Lee. He was employed by the Borough of Fort Lee with the Dept. of Public Works for many years. Funeral Tueaday 9AM from the Hunt Stellato Funeral 1601 Palisade Ave., Fort Lee with a 10AM Mass at Madonna Church on the Hill. Entombment Madonna Mausoleum.
