Jamie H. Jasinski

Jamie H. Jasinski (nee Hart), 70, of Lyndhurst, New Jersey, passed away on Wednesday, June 12, 2024. Beloved wife of Richard Jasinski. Devoted daughter of the late James & Gladys Hart. Loving mother of Richard Jr. & his wife Ashley Jasinski and Jonathan "Bubba" & his wife Erika Blumenfeld. Cherished Grammie of Jakob Hart, Gage, Holden and James Hart. Loving sister of the late Christine Herbert. Also survived by her furever friend Jax. Mrs. Jasinski earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Early Childhood Education and Culinary Arts from Hood College in Frederick, MD. She was a teacher for the Lyndhurst Board of Education for 35 years, spending most of the time in Franklin School. She was an avid Yankee fan, a member of the Lyndhurst Yacht Club with the Hart family, and President of Lyndhurst Junior Women's Club. Jamie was a girl scout gold award recipient and spent many summers with the girl scouts at Slide Mountain in the Catskills. She was a proofreader for many local authors as well as a product tester for Allure Magazine. She had many fond memories of her father taking her pony, Captain, carting the neighborhood children to Roosevelt School. She always enjoyed her beach house at Point Pleasant Beach. Funeral Service Saturday, June 22nd at 2:30PM at the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 425 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst. Friends will be received Saturday, June 22nd, 1-5 PM.  Condolence cards for the family may be sent to the funeral home.
