Jeanne Lewis Gasparini

Jeanne Lewis Gasparini, 86, of Fairfield, New Jersey passed away on Saturday, October 9, 2021. Jeanne was born to Daniel & Jean (nee Schroeder) Lewis. Beloved wife of 57 years to Joseph P. Gasparini. Loving sister of Diane Rahn and sister-in-law of Jimmie & Evelyn Gasparini. Cherised aunt of Daniel Lennox, James & Lillian Gasparini, Patricia Gasparini, Michael & Stacey Gasparini, Donna & Alan Winderweedle, Debbie Gentile, Jim & Nancy Gentile, and Jeanne Hahn. Dear grand aunt of 14 and great-grand aunt of 1. In 1957 Jeanne was crowned Miss New Jersey and Miss New York Flower Show. She then went to California where she competed in the Miss USA pageant. Jeanne majored in Political Science and was a member of the National Honor Society at Upsala College where she met the love of her life. As a member of Alpha Phi Delta, she was a proud "Deltie". She did some modeling before working in advertising & public relations and becoming a Travel Agent. She was a member of the Red Hat Society. Mrs. Gasparini was quite an animal lover, artist, and "cook by the book". Interment Friday, October 22nd, 2PM Fairmount Cemetery, Newark.
