Jennifer Ann Tortorello

Jennifer Anne Tortorello (ne) Perna, passed away peacefully at 6:32pm on November the 19th, 2020.

Beloved daughter, sister, mother, and wife - Jennifer is survived by her loving parents Anna Sardo and Donato Perna, her husband Gene Tortorello, her four devoted children Jarrett Lavella and his husband Paul, Daniel Coiro and his fianc Sarah Lafrombiose, daughter Michelle Coiro, and son Tommasino Tortorello, adored grandchildren Dominic and Anastasia Coiro, and sisters Maria Iadonisi and Donna Perna,

A longtime career at numerous Fortune 500 companies and single mother, Jennifer raised her three children from her first marriage with kindness and love and was overjoyed with the welcoming of her fourth child.

A devout Catholic, Jennifer looked to God as she bravely battled Lou Gehrig's disease (ALS) for the last four years. Her prayers and hopes for a cure that no family should lose a loved one were gallant and she became an advocate for others in her fight.

Her love for her children and family knew no bounds and she forever will remain in their hearts.

Family & Friends will be received Sunday November 22nd from 1PM-5PM at Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home 7 Two Bridges Rd. Fairfield, NJ. Funeral Mass Monday November 23rd 10AM at St. Thomas More Church in Fairfield. Interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington.
