John F. Kenyon, 82, of Lyndhurst, NJ, passed away at home on September 22, 2020. Beloved husband of the late Agnes. Loving father of John J. Kenyon and his wife Jeanne, Mark Kenyon, Carrie Wright,and Kathleen LeVan & her husband Mark. Adored grandfather of Joyce Kenyon, TJ Annese & Danitra Greene, Richie Wright & Sara Sievers, & Kelly Ann, Joshua, and John LeVan. Future great grandfather of John "JT". Devoted brother of Judy, Janet, Jimmy, and the late Jeanne & Joseph. Dear Uncle to many nieces and nephews. Dearest friend of 63 years to Pete Patti. He leaves behind all of his friends who were like family from AA and his favorite girls softball team. John was a United States Navy Veteran. He worked as a Longshoremen for the International Longshoremen Association. He loved golf, softball, bowling, & racquetball and was a lifetime member of the Independent Men's Club. John donated a lot of his time to helping others whenever they were in need of his help. Funeral Saturday 830AM from Ippolito Stellato Funeral Home, Lyndhurst, NJ. Funeral Mass 930AM St. Michaels Lyndhurst, NJ. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington, NJ. Friends will be received Friday 4-8PM at the funeral home.
